Oil Burner Nozzles
Delavan Oil Burner Nozzles
|
At the forefront of nozzle development, Delavan created its nozzle using bi-metal construction. The Brass body and stainless steel metering parts permit machining to close tolerances for precision and consistently high performance. Brass transmits heat fast from the nozzle face to reduce the possibility of varnish and oil residue buildup. Stainless steel provides that extra durability for metering parts where wear is a factor. Nozzle Sizes: Three basic nozzles that cover the widest range of oil burner requirements. Depend on the Delavan "Big Three" and their unmatched performance that maintains customer satisfaction at a high level. Delavan's three basic nozzles are the Type A Hollow, the Type B Solid Cone, and the Type W All Purpose Nozzle. Click on a nozzle to find out more. Also available are MH Size, Mobile Home Nozzles they are low-capacity nozzles designed for mobile home use. This design will minimize the usual plugging problems associated with low flow rates. |

The First Truly Plug Resistant Nozzle:
The Del-O-Flo® uses a patented slot design consisting of very short slot length/depth ratio and substantially square slots to prevent plugging. These short slots keep the fluid from slowing and maintain turbulence, which keeps particles from collecting, settling, or clogging the nozzle. Click on a nozzle to find out more.
Hago Oil Burner Nozzles
Danfoss Hago presents a complete program of stainless steel simplex oil nozzles available in capacities from 0.30 to 35.00 USgal/h in a variety of oil spray cone patterns and spray angles.
Every nozzle produced by Danfoss Hago is quality tested. A 100 percent electronic test and visual test insure correct nozzle function and spray pattern uniformity.
|
Hago H - Hollow Cone This series distributes the atomized oil particles evenly toward the outside of the the spray cone. These nozzles are particularly well suited for low firing rates and burners with hollow air pattern. Normally used in wider spray angles. |

Hago EH - Extra Hollow Cone This type "EH" is an extension of our hollow cone series. Available from 4.00 GPH through 30.00 GPH. It is specified in many commercial applications. |

|
Hago SS - Semi Solid Cone Most suitable for general applications where exact air pattern or spray pattern requirements can't be established. Droplet distribution is relatively even across spray cone in smaller flow rates, but becomes more hollow as flow rates increase. |

|
Hago B - Semi Solid Cone Designed to give optimum combustion efficiency on high static pressure flame retention burners which specifically a "B" pattern. As compared to our "ES" pattern, somewhat more fuel is concentrated towards the center of the spray. |

Hago ES - Solid Cone Our original solid cone series for low flow rates. Available for applications specifying a solid "ES" pattern. |

Hago P - Solid Cone The "P" type is an extension of our "B" and "ES" series for firing rates of 2.00 GPH and above. It produces a solid cone pattern in the low rates and becomes more hollow as the flow rate increases. Specially designed with a pocketed disc to reduce combustion noises and pulsation. |

Hago W - Universal Nozzle For installations where the use of a defined hollow or solid nozzle does not provide the combustion result desired. |

Danfoss Oil Burner Nozzles
Danfoss presents the well known “A” and “OD ” programs of brass oil nozzles. The North American “A” series nozzles are available in 5 different spray angles between 40° and 90° in capacities from .30 to 3.00 USgal/h. Above 3.00 USgal/h and below 0.4 USgal/h the “OD” type is used.
Each nozzle is thoroughly tested both electronically and visually for function and uniformity.
To optimize operating performance and out of consideration for the environment, we recommend changing the nozzle once a year.

Pest Control Nozzles
Danfoss Hago's 4023 nozzle is the industry standard in pest control. Its internal "no drip" design precise flow metering and optimal spray patterns make it perfect for home insecticide spray systems. This is particularly important given the spread of mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus.
