Space-Ray Cold Blocker
At Space-Ray, industrial comfort is a challenge we take seriously. We have been manufacturing gas-fired infrared heating systems since 1958. The quality and performance of our heaters are based on over 40 years of field experience and exposure to industrial/commercial heating problems. Our reputation is built upon a solid track record for providing highly radiant efficient, easy to install and high quality infrared heating equipment.
A new compact size energy efficient infrared gas tube heater is now available for use in residential and light commercial buildings. The Space-Ray Cold Blocker industrial strength infrared heater is made especially for residential garages, workshops or virtually any small unheated space. It's compact size (only 9 feet 3 inches in overall length) allows placement in those small, hard to heat areas where longer tube heaters could not previously be used. |

The Cold Blocker is a series of economic, efficient and easy to install and maintain residential gas heaters based on proven radiant heat technology that is especially suited for hard-to-heat areas such as residential garages, workshops, vestibules or entry ways, enclosed patios, greenhouses and barns.
Previously available only for industrial applications such as warehouses, manufacturing plants and auto body shops, the new series of compact, unitized 9 foot 3 inch long industrial strength Cold Blacker™ Infrared Gas Tube Heaters offer homeowners and remodelers the ability to heat areas previously left unheated or heated at a high cost.
Available in natural and propane gas, benefits of the new Space-Ray Cold Blocker heater includes energy efficiencies ranging up to 84.5%, fuel savings ranging from 30 to 50% or more compared to other types of conventional heating systems and improved comfort levels.
Heaters can be mounted at heights ranging from 6 to 20 feet above the floor and angle mounted up to 45 degrees to conform to specific room heating requirements and maximize efficiency. Monitoring lights on the burner provide visual diagnosis for ease of maintenance. An optional space thermostat also monitors the desired heating comfort level.
